This version contains mainly bug fixes and some improvements in various product areas.

This version adds support for Timestamps on values from the server.

This version

• adds support for binary HTTPS (application/octet-stream) and for HTTPS and Mail with OAuth2 Grant_Type = Device_code
• provides an example for using Azure Event Grid with the MQTT Client library
• provides maintenance of Azure IoT Hub, MQTT Client, Web Client, Mail Service
• supports library inspection and license manager
• is forward compatible with upcoming CAA-free BASLIB 5.0 (and also still with CAA-based BASLIB 4.0.1)

Support for additional data types and events is added to complete support of DNP3 Level 1 for the outstation library.

Additionally support for implementing a DNP3 master will be added.

Support for exporting the OPC UA server contents as nodeset xml files for offline engineering of OPC UA clients.

This version introduces message security for Pub/Sub for runtimes V3.5 SP21 or later (with runtimes < V3.5 SP22, it must use the same certificate using in other OPC UA functions). Additionally, the OPC UA Pub/Sub license is included in the "software metrics" dialog.
